Before You Begin
The CxEngage configuration console is a cloud based application built to operate entirely from a web browser. Though it does not require any hardware or software setup, please ensure that the following conditions are met to ensure the smoothest experience.
Browser
Google Chrome is the recommended browser for administrative functions.
Internet Connection
- Avoid running network intensive applications on computers
- Avoid running significant uploads or downloads that may compete with your audio
- Use a wired connection rather than Wi-Fi when possible
